EchoVox
EchoVox privacy overview
This page identifies the privacy boundaries visible in the current pre-launch EchoVox web product. It is not a substitute for a launch-ready legal agreement; product data handling and contact channels must be reviewed before a public production release.
Use this overview to understand the product surfaces that are public today and the account actions that require sign-in.
Public pages and account areas
The EchoVox homepage, workflow guides, voice-library overview, developer overview, and plan overview are public product pages. Creating or managing account resources, including saved generations, API keys, subscription actions, and account usage, requires sign-in.
Product services named in the current codebase
The web app is configured to use Firebase for authentication and analytics when those services are configured. Billing actions are initiated through a signed-in checkout or billing portal flow. The product backend handles voice, generation, and account workflow requests.
Voice and audio responsibility
Reference recordings and generated audio can be sensitive. Do not upload or generate from another person’s voice without permission. Keep access to account credentials, voice IDs, source recordings, and exported files limited to people who need them for the approved work.
Before production launch
A complete privacy notice should identify the controller, contact method, lawful basis, retention periods, data-subject rights, and the current vendors and transfers that apply at launch. Until then, do not rely on this pre-launch overview as a commitment about retention or legal rights.
