Browse with an intended listener in mind

The voice library supports discovery by language, tone, gender, and use case. A voice for a tutorial, a product demo, a story, or an audiobook should be evaluated using the kind of language and pacing listeners will actually hear.

Test difficult names and terms early

A sample that sounds natural in a generic sentence may need review for dates, product names, acronyms, and multilingual phrases. Save the selected voice ID with the project so later generations, integrations, and editorial reviews use the same reference.

Know the difference between public and account resources

Public system voices can be previewed in the library. Favorites and custom voice resources are connected to an authenticated account, where access and generation history can be managed without exposing those records on a public marketing page.

Obtain permission for custom voices

Before creating or using a voice based on a person, confirm the speaker or authorized representative and the allowed purpose. Do not use a voice to impersonate someone, bypass identity checks, or imply approval of words they have not authorized.
